Scope
These terms refer to the sales of products within Greece through yentek.eu e-shop of the company under the name Yentek Europe GmbH.
The company information is as follows:

Ordering and contracting
Once the “comfirm order” button is pressed, the customer makes a proposal for purchasing the items in the chart. Before the “order completion” the customer is required to agree and accept the General Terms.
The customer’s proposal is sent exclusively via Internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form, available at the online store: yentek.eu. The confirmation of receiving the purchase proposal, which is automatically sent immediately after the order is submitted, certifies that the customer’s order has been received by Yentek Europe GmbH. However, it does not constitute the acceptance of customer’s proposal. Acceptance of the purchase proposal will only take place after acceptance by Yentek Europe GmbH, which will be sent in a separate order confirmation email and confirmation of delivery or readiness by the store. After that, both the customer and Yentek Europe GmbH are committed to purchase and sell the respective product at that purchase price respectively.
The customer should always keep in mind:
- The listed prices printed on the e-shop pages, are final and include the legal VAT.
- Various offers are valid until stock runs out.
- Yentek Europe GmbH, in good faith, is not responsible for and is not bound by electronic data entries made by error / omission in common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever perceives their existence.
- Each order submitted by the customer either electronically or by telephone automatically binds all the products declared on the basis of their availability and for 24 hours from the moment of submission. When the 24-hour timeout expires without being able to communicate with the customer on the data declared by the Yentek Europe GmbH system, automatically the order is canceled releasing the items immediately by making them available for sale.

Right of withdrawal in distance contracts
If you purchase a product from the yentek.eu website as a person (not as company) for personal use and not for serving your business, then you are entitled to cancel within 14 calendar days by returning the product. The right of withdrawal is valid as long as the product is in good condition in its original box and made by customer’s means and cost, within 14 calendar days of the day of withdrawal (either returned or sent by a courier). Once the refund is approved, the price paid for the purchase in question shall be reimbursed in the same way as it has been paid.
If the customer withdraws from this contract, all the money received by him (excluding extra costs due to his own choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standardized delivery method we offer) is refunded. In the case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
It should be noted that the customer would manage the product he receives in the same way he would do it at a shop, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. Managing a product in a different way of the above description, will not be accepted. In case the whole price is not refunded, the customer will be informed before the credit and the reimbursement process is completed. After the withdrawal notice and returning of the product, the company will refund the received money or part in case the product is not in the original condition or the value has been reduced, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the company will be informed about the decision of withdrawal from this agreement. Yentek Europe GmbH is entitled to delay the refund until the goods are received back or until the customer provides evidence that has returned them, whichever comes first. The refund will be made in the same way the customer used on the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of withdrawal
The Right of withdrawal does not apply to cases that are exempt from applicable law and case law, such as products built for you by your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products not eligible for health reimbursement, programs and software etc. If the product is registered on any system or if the product has a welcome advertising message when it is started, withdrawal is not possible. Also, in cases where the contract is not concluded from a distance, but after a personal visit to our store, withdrawal is not accepted.
Delivery / Availability / Ownership
Delivery
The processing of orders, collection of products and shipments are made daily (Monday to Friday) during the working hours (09:00-17:00). Deliveries do not take place on public holidays, the days when our warehouse is closed due to the annual inventory and on weekends (unless otherwise specified). The products can be sent anywhere in the Greek Territory, at the place it has been indicated to us.
Dispatch time and Availability
Note that before completion of order, the customer will find an indication of the expected shipping time in each product as follows:
- 1-5 Days: The product will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail.
- Upon order: The product will be shipped within twenty (20) to thirty (30) working days after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail.
The above mentioned ways of delivery time, are indicative as they refer to the availability of the products in the store’s central warehouse. For areas outside of a collaborating courier company’s network or those which are characterized as inaccessible, the delivery time may vary.
YENTEK EU is not responsible for delay in delivery in cases that cannot be attributed to her liability.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the context of good faith and business ethics, Yentek Europe GmbH, is not obliged to accept an order and conclude the sale of products and / or services which, due to typographical or computer error, appearing in the online store at an incorrect price – less or more than the validity period- or at incorrect title / characteristics. In case it is found an error at the price and / or title only on part of the ordered products, then the order is valid and executed normally for the rest, but it is considered as incomplete for those products in which the error was found.
Attention: Please note that the final confirmation of availability is made when processing the order will be accepted by Yentek Europe GmbH. If the ordered products are not available (eg indicative availability during order 20 to 30 working days), Yentek Europe GmbH reserves the right not to accept this order and consequently to not proceed into a sales contract. The customer will be informed accordingly. Any executed payments will be canceled and will be returned to the customer without undue delay, in the same way that the customer has chosen to make the payment.
Receipt from the store
In case the order is set electronically or by phone and the customer wishes to collect it at the store, the availability is set within 1-5 working days from the moment of confirmation of the order by the respective department. The customer will be informed electronically or by telephone for the exact day and hour for picking it up at point of sale and may also be informed by calling 210-9635100. For collecting the products, the customer must show the order code and the receipt as well as an official identity document (ID card or passport). In case the customer decides to authorize a third person, this person must have an authorization for the specific order, legally endorsed by a KEP or Police or other Authority as well as an official document necessary for checking such as ID card or passport. After receiving the items the customer has to check them and by putting his signature on receipt, he confirms that he has got the correct items mentioned in the order.
The Customer is required to pick-up the order within 24 hours of acknowledgment, otherwise the Company reserves the right to withdraw from the sale. We note that the prices in our e-shop are valid only for online orders.
Warranty
Each product is accompanied by a 24 months guarantee, covered in accordance with the specifications by the manufacturer and its authorized “service centers” which will cover in addition the legal rights.
If a defect -due to the manufacturer- occurs at a product during the warranty period, the company is entitled to repair it. In case of refusal or delay of repairing beyond the necessary time, the customer has the right to request replacement of the product with a new one of equal value and quality or to withdraw it from the contract.
The legal rights resulting from the provisions on the sale of goods and guarantees according to the Law, are rectification or replacement. If it is impossible or requires disproportionate cost, the right to reduce the price, the right to withdraw from the contract, unless it is a non-material factual defect, due to a real defect or lack of matched status, for the period of 2 years starting from delivery date, also the rights under Art. 5 of Law 2251/1994 such as the right of the customer to request a temporary replacement, if the required repair time for the product under warranty exceeds 21 working days and any other provisions on consumer’s protection, are not affected in any way by the commercial guarantee offered by the manufacturer of the product.
In particular, for certain products, the possibility of a replacement due to DOA (Defect-On-Arrival technical problem which means not possible to start it from the beginning) is foreseen. This feature provided by the manufacturer – in addition to any other rights may have – is valid for up to 7 days. Therefore, if the product is covered by the DOA replacement service and the customer wishes to activate it, the procedure must be followed within the specified time.
In cases the manufacturer requires to have the diagnosis of the problem and the replacement approval by an authorized Service Center prior to the DOA procedure, the DOA will be accepted if the Service Center has given its approval. It is noted that the DOA process is subject to the manufacturer’s approval even after receiving the product in our distribution center and sending it to be repaired to the Service Center.
Personal data – Transaction security
Yentek Europe GmbH acknowledges the importance of personal data security and protection of its customers privacy. When a customer visits the website advanbuy.com and makes purchases, personal data is collected, processed and used. This includes i.e.- information such as name, address, e-mail address and phone number. In addition, during each visit to the website, further data is automatically collected for technical reasons, such as the IP address of the internet access provider on the customer’s computer for the Internet connection, or information about the site from the customer visited, or in relation to the web browser used the customer (technical information). This technical information may, in individual cases, constitute personal data. As a general rule, technical data are used only to the extent necessary for technical reasons, for the operation and protection of the website against attacks and abuse, as well as in pseudonym or anonymous form for statistical purposes.
In any case, the company uses customer’s data only in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and privacy policy, as well as with customer’s consent as appropriate. In many cases, data is also used only in pseudonym or anonymous form. To conclude and execute the contracts, the company requests, as appropriate, contact information such as the name, delivery address and pricing, as well as information about the payment method you have selected. The information, customer provides when signing and executing the contracts is used by Yentek Europe GmbH so that customers can have direct and effective contact with the store, receive answers to specific queries that have been asked and finally serve and execute their orders. Furthermore, the information collected by ADVANTECH AE through the website is designed to measure its traffic, to define customer’s requirements for more products and to facilitate transactions with the company. YENTEK EU does not transmit to any third party the email address or any other information relating to customers unless it is required for performing the contract.
Cookies
Cookies are used on web page yentek.eu. Cookies are text files that allow company to make customer’s visit to the site as comfortable as possible. This includes, for example, the default settings for presenting website or shopping cart functions as well as the ability to register in a single entry so that the customer has to sign up to the site only once, even if he wants to use the promotions of our partner products.
Cookies contain a clear combination of letters / digits that identifies the browser used by the customer. These cookies are temporarily stored on customer’s computer and transmitted only company’s server when he visits the site. Customer can view and delete the cookies stored on his computer and control how cookies are generally treated through his web browser settings. Customers can get more information on this subject from the manufacturer or through their browser’s “Help” feature. Please note that the e-shop functions may be restricted or not be available if the customer does not allow cookies.
Customer has a legitimate right to be informed (right of access) about his personal data stored to the company’s server and to request a correction or deletion (right of objection). It is fast, simple and more convenient way to claim these rights by linking them to the client’s account and directly editing data stored there. The data that the company needs to store due to legal, institutional or contractual obligations to keep commercial documents, will be locked rather than deleted in order to prevent their use for other purposes.
Secure Transactions
Security of personal data and transactions with our customers is a high priority for us. Therefore, the company protects customer’s data that is stored to the company’s server by technical and organizational measures to effectively prevent loss or misuse by third parties. In order to protect customer’s personal data, it is transmitted in encrypted form. It is used, for example, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect communication through customer’s web browser. This is recognizable by the padlock that customer’s browser displays in the case of an SSL connection. SSL technology is based on a keycode for encrypting data before sending it over (SSL) connection. The security control between the data and the Server is based on the unique key code ensuring full communication.
Intellectual property rights
The brand name, badge, images, graphics, insignia, texts and anything else contained in the parkomation.com online store, are industrial property of the company. Trademarks, names, or other intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties listed on the company’s website are protected in accordance with applicable law. It is forbidden to the user to copy, reproduce, disseminate, distribute, transmit or otherwise use them in addition to the uses expressly provided on this site.
Links
The links included in the parkomation.com online store lead to store pages or, in some cases, lead the user to move from it (e-shop) to third-party websites. In this case, the company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, operation, transmissions, and any subsequent changes to these web pages. The company provides these links at the online store only to facilitate the use. Their use is not mandatory for the visitor / client and the fact that they have been received in the online store does not imply that the company approves or accepts its content.
Personal Data & Security
In order to make transactions through the e-shop, the user will be asked to fill in his / her personal details (name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.), which will be recorded in a file maintained and processed by the company for the purpose of executing orders and transactions through e-shop. The codes used for identification are two: The e-mail or username and the Personal Security Password, which each time the customer enters them give him access with absolute security to his personal information. The recipients of the file for the promotion, support and service of the trading relationship may be Yentek Europe GmbH commercial partners who are involved in the delivery of the products (eg courier company) and any financial institutions through which the transactions will be settled upon express statement of the customer.
Yentek Europe GmbH does not disclose the personal data of the Users other than the above recipients, who cooperate with the company for the promotion, support and execution of the business relationship between the company and the user as mentioned above unless the procedure defined by the (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006. The user retains the rights of articles 11 (right to be informed), 12 (right of access) and 13 (right of objection) of law 2472/1997, which he can exercise by sending a request to the company via email at info@yentek.eu or by written letter to the company. E-mail contact details that a user will declare as part of his e-shop transaction or order purchase of products can be used to directly promote similar products or services or to inform the user of new products and services, on the basis of the provisions of Law 3471. In any case, the user may at any time wish to oppose the use of his or her electronic mail to display or promote new products and / or services.
