Personal data – Transaction security
When a customer visits the website yentek.eu and makes purchases, personal data is collected, processed and used. This includes i.e.- information such as name, address, e-mail address and phone number. In addition, during each visit to the website, further data is automatically collected for technical reasons, such as the IP address of the internet access provider on the customer’s computer for the Internet connection, or information about the site from the customer visited, or in relation to the web browser used the customer (technical information). This technical information may, in individual cases, constitute personal data. As a general rule, technical data are used only to the extent necessary for technical reasons, for the operation and protection of the website against attacks and abuse, as well as in pseudonym or anonymous form for statistical purposes.
In any case, the company uses customer’s data only in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and privacy policy, as well as with customer’s consent as appropriate. In many cases, data is also used only in pseudonym or anonymous form. To conclude and execute the contracts, the company requests, as appropriate, contact information such as the name, delivery address and pricing, as well as information about the payment method you have selected. The information, customer provides when signing and executing the contracts is used by Yentek Europe GmbH so that customers can have direct and effective contact with the store, receive answers to specific queries that have been asked and finally serve and execute their orders. Furthermore, the information collected by Yentek Europe GmbH through the website is designed to measure its traffic, to define customer’s requirements for more products and to facilitate transactions with the company. Yentek Europe GmbH does not transmit to any third party the email address or any other information relating to customers unless it is required for performing the contract.

Cookies are used on web page yentek.eu. Cookies are text files that allow company to make customer’s visit to the site as comfortable as possible. Customer has a legitimate right to be informed (right of access) about his personal data stored to the company’s server and to request a correction or deletion (right of objection). It is fast, simple and more convenient way to claim these rights by linking them to the client’s account and directly editing data stored there or deleting client’s account completely. The data that the company needs to store due to legal, institutional or contractual obligations to keep commercial documents, will be locked rather than deleted in order to prevent their use for other purposes.
Secure Transactions
Security of personal data and transactions with our customers is a high priority for us. Therefore, the company protects customers’ data that is stored to the company’s server by technical and organizational measures to effectively prevent loss or misuse by third parties. In order to protect customer’s personal data, it is transmitted in encrypted form. It is used, for example, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect communication through customer’s web browser. This is recognizable by the padlock that customer’s browser displays in the case of an SSL connection. SSL technology is based on a keycode for encrypting data before sending it over (SSL) connection. The security control between the data and the Server is based on the unique key code ensuring full communication.
Intellectual property rights
The brand name, badge, images, graphics, insignia, texts and anything else contained in the yentek.eu online store, are industrial property of the company. Trademarks, names, or other intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties listed on the company’s website are protected in accordance with applicable law. It is forbidden to the user to copy, reproduce, disseminate, distribute, transmit or otherwise use them in addition to the uses expressly provided on this site.

The links included in the yentek.eu online store lead to store pages or, in some cases, lead the user to move from it (e-shop) to third-party websites. In this case, the company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, operation, transmissions, and any subsequent changes to these web pages. Their use is not mandatory for the visitor / client and the fact that they have been received in the online store does not imply that the company approves or accepts its content.
Final Provisions
This contract will be governed by the Greek law. For any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the company and the client, the competent courts of Athens are competent to resolve it.
The protection afforded by the provisions of the Law on Distance Contracts, as well as these terms, is emphasized that it applies to transactions only with natural persons who deal for reasons other than their commercial, craft, business or free trade activity.
In the event of non-application of any of the terms of this agreement, the others remain in full force and effect.
Personal Data & Security
In order to make transactions through the e-shop, the user will be asked to fill in his / her personal details (name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.), which will be recorded in a file maintained and processed by the company for the purpose of executing orders and transactions through e-shop.
The codes used for identification are two: The e-mail or username and the Personal Security Password, which each time the customer enters them give him access with absolute security to his personal information.
The recipients of the file for the promotion, support and service of the trading relationship may be Yentek Europe GmbH’s commercial partners who are involved in the delivery of the products (eg courier company) and any financial institutions through which the transactions will be settled upon express statement of the customer.
Yentek Europe GmbH does not disclose the personal data of the Users other than the above recipients, who cooperate with the company for the promotion, support and execution of the business relationship between the company and the user as mentioned above unless the procedure defined by the (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.
The user retains the rights of articles 11 (right to be informed), 12 (right of access) and 13 (right of objection) of law 2472/1997, which he can exercise by sending a request to the company via email at info@advanbuy.com or by written letter to the company.
E-mail contact details that a user will declare as part of his e-shop transaction or order purchase of products can be used to directly promote similar products or services or to inform the user of new products and services, on the basis of the provisions of Law 3471
